I've long known that my clients want to do things right. My role is one of education about the options available in products I provide. Then my clients can decide and apply the knowledge to meet their priorities. "I work to meet the needs of others before the unmet needs become problems." succinctly describes my profession. The quotation was first heard as a mission statement of an area School Superintendent. I asked Dennis Morrow for permission to use his quotation in my work as well.
